This $300 million, seven-story medical center is transforming healthcare access across north Miami-Dade and south Broward counties, bringing high-quality care closer to the communities it serves. Located within the SoLé Mia master-planned community, the facility serves as a cornerstone for regional growth while supporting the area's expanding healthcare needs.

Despite numerous challenges, our team maintained the original completion timeline through proactive planning, early procurement strategies, innovative prefabrication solutions, and exceptional self-perform concrete operations.
