If you’re spending $2 million+ to build your home, know this: your staircase should never be an afterthought.
A staircase is often one of the biggest architectural opportunities in a home. It naturally draws the eye upward, creates movement between floors, and can add an incredible amount of character and detail.
Take the floating curved staircase at our Wellington project. Anchoring the foyer, it’s one of the first things you see when you walk through the door and sets the tone for the rest of the home.
Had we treated the staircase as simply a way to get from one floor to the next, this entry—and the entire first impression of the home—would feel completely different.
When you’re building at this level, details like these aren’t just decorative. They’re what make the architecture memorable.
