This house is turning around fast and will be such a beautiful home once finished

It is such an awesome thing to see abandoned, neglected, even just outdated homes get the attention needed. Enjoy the video! Still quite a bit of work to do here

Things are really starting to take off for Donaldson Contracting LLC, and I couldn’t be more excited about what the future holds!

On October 26th, I’ll be heading to Florida to personally evaluate the workload, meet with everyone involved, and go over the details of what could be a huge opportunity for our company. The goal is to get everything lined out and hopefully start sending crews down to begin working.

When I started this business, I had a vision of building something bigger than myself. Something that could create opportunities, provide jobs, support families, and eventually become something my children could be proud of.

It hasn’t been an easy road. There have been plenty of long days, stressful nights, setbacks, and lessons learned along the way. But we’ve continued pushing forward, and it’s amazing to see some of that hard work starting to pay off.

I want to personally thank every customer who has trusted us, everyone who has recommended our company, and every person who has supported us throughout this journey. Whether you’ve hired us, shared a post, or simply passed our name along, it truly means more than you know.

We’re still growing, still learning, and still working toward bigger goals. Nothing happens overnight, but opportunities like this remind me why I started in the first place.

I’m extremely grateful for how far we’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where we’re headed.

Here’s to continued growth, new opportunities, and building something that lasts!

Thank you all for believing in Donaldson Contracting LLC. We’re just getting started!

Another one wrapped up! 🔨🏠

This sunroom transformation couldn’t have turned out better!

We took the original screened-in room, stripped it down, completely reframed it, installed all new windows and a new door, closed everything in, and finished the exterior with new siding and trim to match the existing home.

The homeowners wanted to take care of the interior finishes themselves, and seeing everything come together inside and out makes this transformation even better.

From what we started with to the finished product — what a difference!

We appreciate the homeowners trusting Donaldson Contracting LLC with their project. Another transformation in the books! 💪🔨

We were finally able to get this water leak taken care of for a mother in need!

Unfortunately, due to some circumstances outside of our control, we weren’t able to get this completed as quickly as we had hoped. But after 3 separate leaks and one heck of a muddy mess, everything is repaired and officially leak free!

Jobs like this are a good reminder that sometimes what we do is about more than just completing another project. Being able to help someone who truly needs it makes the muddy days worth it.

I also have to give a special thanks to john. It’s not very often you see a city board member willing to get personally involved and show this much care for the people in his community. He went out of his way to help make sure this mother was taken care of, and that deserves some recognition.

We’re glad we could be a part of getting this problem behind her and getting things back to normal.

If you have something around your home that needs repaired, replaced, rebuilt, or just need someone to take a look at it, give Donaldson Contracting a call. We’ll be more than happy to see what we can do to help!
