U.S. Navy Veteran and Plumbers Local 12 60-yr member Brother Bill Downey was recently honored aboard the historic USS Constitution with an American flag that flew over the ship. Surrounded by family, friends, and fellow veterans, Bill was recognized for a lifetime of service to both his country and community. A proud Navy veteran, union plumber, and dedicated volunteer, Bill continues to embody the spirit of service every day.
