The City of Bradenton is writing registered contractors to learn of their interest in working with the City to help residents impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We have funds from the Florida Housing Coalition to help homeowners with repairs. This Disaster Strategy provides assistance to households following a disaster as declared by the President of the United States or the Governor of the State of Florida. Funds may be used for roof repairs, tree and debris removal and window and door replacements. These are just a few of the eligible projects the grant will cover. If you would like to work with the City on helping our residents, we invite you to reach out and contact our Housing and Community Development Division at [email protected] or [email protected].
