I have no words for this? A competitor marked this roof up like this ? Not one adjuster I’ve ever met or worked with would consider any of this much less approve it. Luckily, the homeowner called us to give her a second opinion.

Great install on Beckwith Road for a wonderful client. Hail damage from 2024 resulted in the insurance company replacing this roof and metal.

Storms are coming soon so be prepared for all the “Pretty truck “ folks telling you that your home is damaged and to file a claim.

When that happens stop immediately and call your agent to ask them for a referral to send out a preferred contractor.

No damage and a “roofer” said he had shingles missing. He was told to file a claim so he could “get a new roof.” No missing or damaged shingles anywhere. No hail damage anywhere. These roofers will say anything to get their trucks paid for, I know because I hear the stories all the time. Call your agent first before filing a claim and get a reputable company to inspect. If you don’t use me at MDG Properties use Omer Roofing and Restoration, LLC, Susan Robinson, TopDown Roofing, John Maynard, Penny Smith Austermiller are all good people and quality people and good companies. Yes they are competitors but I trust all of them and that is what’s best for you all and my community.

Just remember to call your agent and get a reputable company to tell and show you what may be damaged.

Most of the time we meet with clients for their free comprehensive inspection we find that everything is in good shape. In fact 19/20 times there is no reason for concern.
