Missing flashing at this roofline left the wood beneath a beautiful metal roof vulnerable to water damage. Frank installed seam tape and custom-fabricated flashing to help keep water out and protect what’s underneath.

A small detail can turn into a big problem.

Missing flashing along the house allowed water to get in, causing a leak and rotted wood.

We removed the damaged materials and installed a new ledger board, sheathing, shingles, and proper flashing to keep the water where it belongs — outside.

Good as new and ready for whatever Jersey Shore weather brings.
