Autumn at The Grand Curve project 🍂 blog: https://kadilakhomes.com/2026/10/09/the-grand-curve-custom-home/
We haven’t shared much of this custom home’s exterior yet, and it has so much character and detail to show off.
Our clients wanted a modern take on a colonial with a lot of inspiration taken from a craftsman-style home. We chose to do two tone siding: pairing white and dark green siding together.
To warm it up, wood accent panelling was added which also created contrast, and tied into the stained wood portico. The black windows, black trim, and a black front door were chosen to keep that contemporary feel they really loved.
Now the fall front porch is all dressed with pumpkins, mums, & gorgeous wreaths.
Have you seen the inside? Check it out on our blog at kadilakhomes.com!
