Appliance Marshall Repair is a high-end appliance repair company specializing in better built appliances. We cover a 25 mile radius from 60013 for repair, installation, and maintenance on kitchen, laundry, and grills in customer's homes.
We are looking for someone to step into our office as an administrative assistant. The major focus of this is taking inbound calls for customer's requesting service, and making outbound calls relative to scheduling. The person hired for this position will have strong verbal communication skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. We are sure to provide exceptional and professional service to our customers while maintaining a fun and casual work environment amongst colleagues. Top notch customer service is an absolute must. This is a small business with a family environment.
Specific Responsibilities:
Receive inbound customer calls and provide accurate details regarding our service charges
Developing and maintaining daily routes for 4-6 people per day in the 25 mile radius of our shop
Making outbound calls to both schedule return visit and confirm existing schedules for customers with upcoming service.
Accurately input data into Quickbooks from technician paperwork
Process credit card payments
Maintain lists including call counts, review requests, and other ongoing statistics within our business
Occasionally receiving parts shipments and assisting walk-in traffic
Job Requirements:
Minimum one year admin experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and an exceptional level of accuracy
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently
Desire to grow both within the position and with the company
