If you've been following along with our Castle Rock horse barn, we're not leaving this property quite yet!

We've started construction on a new custom post-frame garage right next to the barn. Posts are going in now, and this building will feature partition walls that create separate spaces for different uses.

We'll take you along as this one goes from posts in the ground to another finished building!

Take a closer look at the recently completed horse barn stalls in Castle Rock, Colorado. A special thank you to Mark and his team at Stablemaster for custom designing/making/ measuring and installing these beautiful stall fronts, dividers and swing out feeders. The barns we build wouldn't be complete without Stablemaster stalls!

Another custom horse barn completed in Castle Rock, Colorado!

This post-frame barn was designed around both the horses and how the owners wanted to use the building every day, with custom Stablemaster stalls, tongue-and-groove interior walls, metal liner ceiling finishes, automatic waterers, drive-in enclosed horse trailer parking and plenty of room for storage.

Another exciting week of progress on this custom horse barn project in Castle Rock.

The barn has now been taped, primed, and painted thanks to Coat Ceiling Painting, a much appreciated longtime subcontractor of ours and fellow family-owned second-generation business. Exterior lighting was installed by our in-house electricians, garage doors and jackshaft openers have been installed, crusher fines were spread and leveled in the horse stalls in preparation for mats and stall installations, and the tack room framing with T1-11 installation is well underway.

This project is really starting to come together, and we’re excited for the next stages ahead.

With the interior concrete at the Castle Rock horse barn now complete, we're moving into the next phase of construction....

With the interior concrete at the Castle Rock horse barn now complete, we're moving into the next phase of construction. As of today, automatic/heated Richie waterers have been installed, Stablemaster has completed measurements for the custom horse stalls and garage door installation is underway.

Over the next few weeks we'll be:

✅ Finishing electrical rough-ins throughout the barn

✅ Brandon's Dirt Works completing trenching for electrical service and making the dirt pretty for hydromulching and drill seeding

✅ Coat Ceiling Company Inc. will be beginning exterior paint work

It's exciting to see this project continue taking shape as more of the details that make a horse barn functional begin coming together.

We look forward to sharing more progress as this custom Castle Rock horse barn moves toward completion.

The interior concrete is officially complete in the Castle Rock barn!

It's exciting to see this project start coming together as we move one step closer to the finished horse barn. This building will feature horse stalls, tack room, hay storage, and more.

Another Castle Rock Horse Barn Progress Update 🐎

A lot of what makes a concrete floor perform well long-term happens before the concrete trucks arrive.

Creative Concrete & Patio's crew has prepared the interior with wire welded mesh reinforcement before the concrete pour. Once complete, this space will continue transforming into a custom horse barn designed specifically for our client's needs.

Every phase matters, even the work that will eventually be hidden beneath the finished floor.
