Before, During and After = Customer First
compromised these kitchen cabinets and required removal.

We could have removed the entire section, including the countertop and sink. That would have made our job bigger, but the customer’s inconvenience bigger too.

Instead, our team removed only what was necessary, supported the countertop, and kept the customer’s sink operational.

Sometimes doing less is doing more for the customer.

is demolition actually necessary? Sometimes drying alone isn't enough.

This project involved a Category 3 sewage water loss - - the highest level of water contamination. Because the affected materials were exposed to unsanitary wastewater, portions of the flooring, vanity, and drywall had to be professionally demolished and removed in accordance with IICRC S500 industry standards before the drying and restoration process could begin.
