This was our first time working with JLM Design and Build. We stepped up and delivered a nice patio for the customers.
I was given a sketch, then used AI ( last photo) to give the homeowners a better idea of what we planned to do for them.
We used Avalon ashlar stamps, Smoke stack integral color, and a very light antique of Medium gray. Sealed it up with D1 Deco-Crete

Nice little Tuscany Stone patio, with Intergral color Clay . Smoky gray EZ tique to enhance the looks.
Perfect design and fit for this back yard.

When I took on this project, I knew one of the most important parts was going to be the cuts.
I had asked Joe to make a post to find a reliable company. We had one say they wanted to do it, then ghosted us. Michael Boryczka stepped up and took on the challenge. He knocked this out of the park!! His methods and craft are superior. He understands the importance of this project. We’re honoring the Vietnam Veterans and the ones that gave their lives during that war. 🇺🇸

This one was great in a a lot of ways. We fixed two major water issues, and added some new sitting space on the front portion of the house. I hope they get plenty of use out of it for years to come!

We took an existing patio and made it fully functional and safe.
I feel like it was always supposed to look this way !

As a Veteran, this project means a lot.
This will be a Memorial to the Vietnam Veterans.
Just finished sealing up the mock up that put together and cut up with precision!! Once the city approves the color scheme we will be getting it done 🇺🇸. Michael Boryczka
