Behind the scenes on a commercial build in Claremont! LJ and Kadin putting in the work!

He may be too shy to take a picture for our page, but Bryan has been part of our team since the beginning. Coming with years of experience, Bryan took a chance on us back in 2022 when we were building this business from the ground up.

Since then, we’ve moved locations, scaled our business, and we couldn’t have done it without our people. Bryan has been there every step of the way. There is no growth without a dedicated team and Bryan has been a big part of that.

Over these years, Bryan moved from the field to the office, leading our sales and estimates, and being a valued resource to our field techs from his many years of experience on the job.

We thank you, Bryan, for believing in us and being part of this team.

Cheers to 1 year with Clay on the team

Clay keeps things moving and getting the job done, always with a smile on his face, especially when the socials team asks for content.

We’re lucky to have him on the team and appreciate all the hard work he puts in day in and day out.

You may have noticed we’ve been sharing more of the techs and the work they do that makes an impact everyday, so you can get to know the faces behind the company a little better!

And yes, we’re hiring. 👀

A little ductwork action from LJ! 🔧

LJ takes pride in his work and has a great eye for the little details that make a big difference.

He was also a good sport about letting us make this silly reel 😂 and apparently he already has a song request for the next one, so I guess we’ll be doing this again! 🎶

Great work, LJ! 👏

WE’RE HIRING! 🛠️
