Come along for the ride. 🚙

We’re heading from the Ridgewood office out to our newest job sites in Oakmont, but half the fun is the drive there.

Bryan/College Station is growing fast, but it still has that community feel that makes it such a great place to call home. Great restaurants, local businesses, new neighborhoods, and plenty of familiar places along the way.

We love building homes here, but we love being part of this community even more.

Before the foundation pad goes in, there’s an important step that can’t be skipped: properly scraping the lot.

Removing the top layer of organic material gives us a cleaner, more stable surface to build on and helps set the foundation up for long-term success.

There’s something about a bathroom that feels this calm and collected. The warm wood floors and ceiling beams soften the space, while the dark vanities, brass details, and brick around the tub add just enough contrast and character.

We love how every finish has its moment, but nothing feels like it’s competing. Just a beautiful, layered space designed to feel timeless, comfortable, and a little bit special every day.

A formal dining room doesn’t have to be a space you only use a few times a year. We wanted this one to feel beautiful, but also give the homeowners another reason to actually enjoy it.

The wine bar and serving area became such a special feature in the room. We carried the arched details from the rest of the home into the opening, added a brick veneer backsplash for texture, and brought in warm stained shelves to soften the space and tie back to the stained ceiling beams above.

With 15-foot ceilings, the room already has such a sense of scale, so layering in those warmer materials helped make it feel grounded and inviting.

It’s a beautiful place to pour a glass of wine, set out appetizers when friends are over, or serve dinner without everything happening in the kitchen.

We love spaces that feel elevated, but still work for the way people actually live.
