It’s all about the prep and behind the scenes. We want our trades to come in and have clear direction and instructions on how to do their job in each home. It leads to less confusion, less slow downs, and helps them do their job more efficiently. Yes, we send plans and drawings, but clearly marking the slab and studs with details provides more clarity and spacial exactness.

It’s little things that may be one more step, but they help our industry partners, and in the end, helps all of us…trades, builder and homeowner…have a great experience!
