🎃✨ Come see us TONIGHT on Main Street in Creedmoor starting at 5:30! 🎃🍬

We’ve been hard at work putting together goodie bags for the first 250 kids! Each bag will include a glow stick wand, and we’re hoping to see Main Street LIT UP with all the kids carrying them! 🌟💜

And don’t worry if you’re not one of the first 250 — we’ll have plenty of candy to hand out all night long! 🍭

With so much negativity in the world, our kids deserve a night filled with nothing but fun, laughter, and positivity! ❤️

We hope to see lots of other local businesses out showing their support, too. It takes a community to make these memories special for our kids, and we’re happy to be a small part of it!

🏡 Thankful Thursday! 🤍

Another Thursday, another home we’re thankful to share! This week, we’re featuring our Driftwood plan, which we finished a couple of months ago and never got a chance to share!

We loved how this one turned out, and we’re even happier knowing a sweet couple now gets to call it home! ❤️

There’s nothing better than seeing one of our homes find its new owners. Wishing them many happy years and wonderful memories in their new home!

I tell clients this all the time. It’s your home, and I want you to feel comfortable telling me when something doesn’t feel right.

Sometimes we look at more options. Sometimes we revisit the first choice. We’ll talk it through together.

I probably went back to the design center five times while choosing finishes for our own home… only to land on pretty much what my gut told me the first time. 😂

I do this every day, and I still second-guessed myself!

In my newest Beyond the Blueprint entry, I’m sharing a little of that experience, some worries I hear from clients, and what I tell people when they’re wondering, “Is this all going to look right together?”

Thankful Thursday! 🏡❤️

We’re continuing our Thankful Thursday series, sharing some of the wonderful families we’ve recently had the pleasure of building for!

This week’s home is especially meaningful. After losing their home to a fire, this family trusted us to help them rebuild, and we are so thankful we could be part of their new beginning.

🍁 A little family time! 🍁

The girls are on fall break, so I’m taking advantage of a long weekend with them! 🧡

I’ll be out of the office Friday and Monday, October 16th and 19th. I’ll still be checking emails when I can, but my responses may be delayed.

Another Thankful Thursday! ❤️

We’ve wrapped up quite a few beautiful homes recently, and now we’re gearing up to start our next round of custom builds!

The past few months have been busy working with clients, finalizing plans, and getting everything ready to break ground.

These are just a few of the beautiful homes we have coming up! We have several more custom plans in the works with clients, along with some spec homes we’re excited to get started on as well!

We’re so thankful for the families who continue to trust us to bring their dream homes to life. It’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly, and we truly appreciate every opportunity.

It’s shaping up to be a busy end to the year, and we have so much to be thankful for! ❤️🏡

Before the cabinets, countertops and all the pretty stuff…there’s this. 🔨🏡

Framing is one of those stages where a set of plans suddenly starts feeling like a home. Rooms take shape, windows have a view, and you can finally walk through spaces that existed only on paper a few weeks before.

We share plenty of finished-home pictures around here, but there’s something pretty exciting about watching one come together, too. ❤️

This past week has been full steam ahead as we get ready to start some new builds, but I couldn’t wait any longer to show off our Schnoke Build in all its glory! 🏡✨

This family first reached out to us at the beginning of 2022, and here we are today, celebrating their finished home! It’s such a sweet reminder of the value of staying in touch and being there when the timing is right.

We absolutely love how this home turned out, and this layout has quickly become one of my new favorites! Thank you to the Schnoke family for trusting Trabar Homes to bring your vision to life. ❤️
