Georgia’s contaminated waterways are making headlines. Again. 😬🫠
How many more of these stories do we need before we start asking questions about our own water?
An investigation by AP, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and FRONTLINE found Georgia officials had known for years about PFAS pollution from the carpet industry, while doing little to confront it.
Now another report has found PFAS at all 20 Georgia river and lake testing sites it examined.
That's 100%.
ALL of them.
As much as I’m a “glass half full” guy, I’m also a realist.
I'm not the type to sit around and just hope "somebody else is finally going to do something about it.
So my family decided our water wasn’t something we were comfortable leaving up to chance.
So we bought whole-home filtration.
Unfortunately for us at the time, it cost about $10,000.
As a business owner, I got curious.
What did the equipment actually cost? How much were we paying for the commission, the presentation, and the corporate operation behind it?
And could we build an excellent system while giving homeowners a better way to buy?
That became a huge part of why we built Honest Water of Georgia.
We buy premium components in bulk. Assemble our systems in-house using Jacobi catalytic carbon and ResinTech resin. And skip the commissioned, three-hour sales presentation at your kitchen table.
That leaner operation helps us save the average homeowner over 65% versus the big in-home sales companies.
Whole-home filtration, softening, and kitchen reverse osmosis options. Professional installation. Local support.
We explain what we recommend, what it’s designed to address, and what it costs. Then you decide.
Whatever the government does next, you can start getting answers about your home’s water now.
