You really can't make this stuff up. I went from dealing with a massive drought that completely slowed down my season, to standing out here under a tornado watch on November 2nd. Oklahoma weather is officially more bipolar than a woman trying to pick a restaurant. You can't control the weather out here on the solo route, you can only control how you handle it. When it finally lets you work, you have to run wide open. You don't have time to walk back to the rig for more string. Put the heavy-duty string holder around your neck and get to the next property.

Trying to beat the rain today, but before I step out of this trailer, the setup has to be completely dialed in. I ran out of line on my string holder, so I am loading it up and gassing the trimmer right now so I know I have both string and fuel ready to go. That is the exact reason I built these holders—you don't have to worry about running out in the middle of a massive yard, you don't have to stuff line in your pockets, and you aren't going to accidentally leave it sitting on your dresser at home. Let's keep it real. As you can see, I am completely unmonetized. Facebook hasn't paid me a dime. I am not some big "content creator"—I am just a dude who mows lawns, spending money from my own route to make these videos and give out free gear. Everything comes straight out of my own pocket.

So yeah, I am going to hustle my custom heavy-duty string holders. I built them to be the best, and I'm going to push them. P.S. Look at the picture. I had a batch of green Echo ears that accidentally got blue filament mixed in. There are exactly 9 of these green and blue ones, plus 8 black and green ones that were messed up too. First come, first serve. If you want a two-tone mess-up, just tell me in your shop order and I'll let you know if they are still available. They aren't special, but I know someone will want them.

Out here putting the LC 103 head and these Brunt boots to work on the route. Found another hazard on the solo operation today—a dead snake right in the middle of the yard. I am absolutely not messing with it. Like I said, we don't feather the throttle around here. I am running it wide open, trimming right around the hazards, and moving on to the next lot. When you are out here grinding by yourself, you don't have time to stop, and you definitely don't have time to walk back to the rig for more line. I was out here putting in the real work on the route, just mowing along, and I looked down and saw this guy hiding in the grass. Should I grab him and move him, or just leave him be? I am pretty sure he is already dead, but you never know what kind of hazards you are going to run into when you are out here grinding on a solo operation. You already have enough unpredictable things to deal with on the route, so you definitely don't need to be stressing about weak equipment on top of it.
