The Construction Hike for Hope at Sunderbruch Park brought our community together to raise awareness for su***de prevention in the construction industry.

Events like this help break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage important conversations. Thank you to our MCB team members who supported the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention - Iowa Chapter by participating in the hike or making a donation! And a HUGE thank you to the AFSP creating this event for the construction community. 💙

Nothing brings us together quite like a summer night at the ballpark. ⚾🦝

Over the weekend, employees and their families from across the McCarthy-Bush family of companies gathered at Modern Woodmen Park to cheer on the Quad Cities River Bandits. From a ballpark dinner and carnival rides to raffle prizes and great conversations, it was an evening full of fun and time spent together.

Our Shared Services team supports our McB family of companies in Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Marketing. Team members juggle the details of multiple companies and make it look easy!

Recently, we took some time to connect before getting back to work. We started with a charcuterie board class at the Eastern Iowa Community College Davenport West Campus and finished off with some axe slinging at Big River Bowling.
