This home needed 16 total to secure the foundation and stop it from further settlement. Now this customer has a lifetime warranty on the structure that’s fully transferable if they ever decide to sell the property.

Our team efficiently removed and replaced the main girder beam and all compromised joists supporting the subfloor. Massive project completed by our team. Spanning nearly 5000 square feet of crawlspace, the customer's residence was plagued by mold, mildew, and hardwood floor cupping. To address the issue, we successfully installed three sump pumps to eliminate groundwater infiltration and a full encapsulation system equipped with two dehumidifiers to regulate water v***r. The project yielded outstanding results, rendering the customer's home fully protected.
