Another beautiful home makeover!💙

Featured in this project, our customer’s roof was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in a clean Charcoal color. Also, we applied new Royal vinyl siding, new white 6” seamless gutters, and white soffit and fascia. Finally, we sided the top gables in board and batten in another shade of blue to enhance the exterior look and exceed our customer’s expectations.

We just had the pleasure of roofing this beautiful house in Chatham! We used a Malarkey Roofing Products Vista Black Oak rubber asphalt shingle. These shingles are a great cost effective way to upgrade from the standard asphalt shingle.
