✔️ Site prep completed in Scappoose!

Recently I had the opportunity to prepare this site for a new shop in Scappoose. This project was completed in a couple of stages.

The first stage involved clearing the site and hauling off all the debris. We made quick work of it and were able to get all the trees🌲down, stumps ripped out, and everything hauled off in about 3 days.

About a month later, after the building plans were finalized, we came back to finish the rest of the project. This included a new driveway, parking area, and building pad 🏗️

Once the site was fully excavated and prepped, it was game on. We needed a lot of rock, and I did not want to spend a week hauling it all myself, so we brought in 10 super solo dump trucks 🚛 to run for us, they hauled in over 180 loads (3,000+ tons) in a day and half!

All the rock was graded and compacted in lifts, and all compaction tests were passed 💪 The excavated material stayed onsite and was spread and graded throughout the rest of the property. We had everything wrapped up in less than a week!

I wanted to get this one knocked out quickly and efficiently, so I brought in some extra hands and would like to give a special thanks to the people who helped make it happen….

Huge thanks to Ken Neil for being my right hand man throughout the project, Kyle Melton with Bare Roots Land & Home for always being willing to jump in and help, and Jeremiah Ellis for helping get all the stumps and debris hauled off. You guys rock, and I truly appreciate the help! 👌👊

The new building is under construction now, and it is going to be a pretty sweet setup when it is finished. 🏎️😎

✔️ Driveway and parking area transformation complete!

Just wrapped up this gravel driveway and parking area revamp for some great clients. They have done an amazing job bringing this once run down farm back to life, and I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of it.

They were tired of dealing with all the mud, so they had me come in to completely refinish and expand the parking areas and main driveway, along with adding additional parking next to the house.

This one turned out great, and not only did it solve the mud problem, but it truly improved the overall look of the property!

Helped Hudson Garbage expanded their storage space at their dumpster yard.

Brought in 8 loads of rock, graded and compacted. In and out in a day.

🌞 Took advantage of the nice weather and knocked out a driveway expansion for a client!

The driveway was extended about 17 feet to create more usable space. From there, a pathway was added down to the backyard, along with a gravel area next to the garage for firewood storage.

Really happy with how this one turned out. The gravel and riprap were a little dirty, but the first rain will wash it all clean. 👍
