We’ve spent the weekend in St Louis. There are some pretty nice newer buildings here and an active downtown sports district, but it appears they’ve struggled here with adaptive reuse, in part because the buildings are HUGE. Who for example would be able to take on their historic 21 story 1,200,000 sf Railway Exchange Building?
