We also understand that a quality job starts with quality people. We’re proud to celebrate four years of hosting Female Strong Camp!

Hard hats were on and curiosity was in the air as campers got an inside look at the construction industry. Along the way, they met industry professionals, tried new experiences, and saw how their own ideas and leadership can help shape what comes next.

Another industrial transformation is officially in the books!

In partnership with Portal Warehousing, we recently completed a 70,000 SF build-out in the Raleigh, NC area, transforming an existing industrial warehouse into a flexible shell warehousing and co-warehousing facility. The project included office and warehouse space, upgraded MEP systems, new dock positions, overhead door cut-ins, and modular partitions with built-in electrical.

By adding flexible warehousing capacity and improved loading infrastructure to the Raleigh-area market, the project can help businesses store, receive, and move goods more efficiently.

Our Austin team recently completed a build-to-suit office expansion for KOMPAN 's Texas headquarters, delivering a polished new workplace connected to the company’s existing facility in Austin, Texas.

The expansion includes open office areas, private offices, conference rooms, a large training and dining room sized for the entire staff, a serving & prep kitchen, breakroom, and restrooms. The space was designed to create a functional and welcoming environment for Kompan’s growing team.

Elevated features throughout the project include interior glass partitions with specialty Kompan logo frosting, converted dock doors reimagined as new storefront glass windows and an insulated glass overhead door, specialty custom wood parquet flooring, LED linear lighting, and three new skylights cut into the existing roof. Acoustic baffles and sound masking systems were also integrated throughout the new and existing office areas.

City Church Chicago is taking shape on the city's Near West Side as a 42,000 SF non-denominational church centered on community and connection.

Arman Hosseini, Senior Architectural Designer, shares, "It has been incredibly rewarding to contribute to a project that serves both the church and the community around it. At such a visible and important intersection, the design has the potential to create a welcoming new chapter for City Church Chicago while strengthening its connection to the broader community."

At the heart of the project is a 1,446-seat auditorium with dedicated production spaces for live programming and large-scale gatherings. The design also includes children’s environments, gathering spaces, and hospitality areas including a lounge and retail component that keeps the building active throughout the week.

We’re excited to see AM Design's vision come to life alongside ARCO/Murray’s design-build delivery to create a new home for City Church Chicago and its community.

Universal Technical Institute recently launched its new HVACR program in Lisle, Illinois.

The 5,300 SF renovation includes dedicated lab and classroom space, including electrical and refrigeration training rooms. Built for hands-on learning, the space gives students direct access to the kinds of systems they’ll see in the field, from mini splits and split systems to boilers, a rooftop unit, walk-in cooler, deli counter and ice maker. Within the dedicated classrooms, students also have access to 10 electrical panel stations and 10 basic refrigeration stations.

We’re excited to see students step into a space designed to support technical training and prepare them for careers in the skilled trades.

Today we are celebrating our 95 interns from 40 universities and recognizing all they’ve accomplished over the past 11 weeks. Orion STEM Schools ' groundbreaking event was more than a construction milestone. It marked the next step in founder Selvei Rajkumar’s years-long vision for a school where STEM, entrepreneurship, creativity, and character development are woven into the same educational model.

We joined the Rajkumar family, students from her preschools, the mayor of Warrenville, and project partners for the celebration. The future campus will transform an existing two-story office building into a new K-12 STEM school with a gymnasium, theater, and storm-shelter addition.

As Rajkumar shared at the event, this school is about preparing students not only for the world as it exists today, but helping them “imagine the world as it could be.”

Shaped by her background in early childhood education, that vision is now beginning to take shape in Warrenville, Illinois.

In partnership with repeat client Nuvo Development, we have just completed a new 3-story class A self storage facility in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

Operated by Extra Space Storage , this 97,600 SF facility will offer 774 climate-controlled self-storage units and a spacious 930 SF office space for operations and customer support.

Featuring a thoughtfully designed exterior, the project blends Nichiha, metal panels, split-face masonry, and expansive glass to create a modern, distinctive presence that delivers beyond the traditional self-storage aesthetic.
