We also understand that a quality job starts with quality people. That is why every one of our Project Managers has an engineering or construction degree and our Superintendents possess a wealth of experience and knowledge. We strive diligently to find the best associates for all positions, and then provide extensive training, arming our associates with relevant information in leadership, technical issues, safety, teamwork, and customer service.

🏗️ Progress is taking shape at Bellevue Bay Indoor Water Park!

A major milestone is underway as crews continue foundation work and structural assembly for the park's signature OpenAire enclosure. Once complete, this innovative retractable structure will help create a year-round water park experience that can seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor environments.

Recent progress includes:

• Ongoing foundation & structural assembly of the OpenAire water park enclosure

• Completion of underground plumbing & electrical work within the aquatics and pump room areas

• Backfilling of the basement structure

• Grading of parking areas and public & private roadways ahead of paving

With critical infrastructure taking shape both above and below ground, the project continues to build momentum in Bellevue Nebraska!

We’re proud to have joined Data Centers and community leaders in Avondale, AZ, to celebrate the groundbreaking of the first phase of Prime’s new data center campus, a $3B investment in the Greater Phoenix market.

The site is planned to include five hyperscale facilities across 66.5 acres. It will feature 20 data halls, an on-site substation, a closed-loop cooling system, and supporting infrastructure designed for long-term growth.
We are excited for the opportunity to help Prime Data Centers bring this project to life and support the continued growth in this market.

A new riverfront destination is coming to Westside Village Fort Worth!

Levee Porch, a fast-casual restaurant and beer garden from the team behind Chimy's, is coming to Westside Village alongside a new Fort Worth outpost of Tailwaters Fly Fishing Co. Together, the two concepts are designed to create a destination rooted in the Trinity River, outdoor recreation, and the kind of community programming that keeps people coming back.

Our Austin team recently completed our latest tenant improvement project, the Lincoln Austin office at The Republic, a new construction office build-out in downtown Austin. The space delivers a high-end, polished workspace designed to support the operations of Lincoln Property Company .

The build-out includes executive offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, and a 16-person boardroom. Elevated features such as wood wall and ceiling paneling, a custom wet bar, and DIRTT demountable office fronts add to the refined feel of the space.

We’re grateful for our collaboration with Lincoln Property Company and excited to see the vision for their office come to life. We’re also proud to have partnered with Michael Hsu on the architecture and Alfred Williams & Company on the furniture and prefab wall systems & custom casework

Rain or shine, shovels are officially in the ground at Kimbro Commerce Center in Manor, Texas! Our Austin team is proud to partner with Vault Partners on Phase I of a 13-building industrial outdoor storage business park.

The first phase will deliver (4) 10,050 SF pre-engineered metal buildings with dedicated office, warehouse, and fully secured outdoor storage space. Each building will feature 18' clear heights, 1,020 SF of speculative office space, oversized 14x16 drive-in doors, dock-high doors, and a dedicated laydown yard ranging from 0.75 – 1 acre.

We’re excited to see construction underway and grateful for our collaboration with Vault Partners as Kimbro Commerce Center begins to take shape, with on time delivery expected January 2027. Please reach out to Cushman & Wakefield for leasing inquiries.

We’re excited to welcome 95 interns to ARCO/Murray this summer, representing teams, campuses, and project locations across the U.S. and Canada:

• 95 interns
• 40 universities
• 36 divisions
• 14 offices
• 6 jobsites

From estimating and scheduling to design meetings, buyout, submittals, billing, training sessions, and jobsite visits, these interns are getting real hands-on experience across every part of the project journey.

We can’t wait to see all they accomplish this summer and have some fun along the way. Welcome to the team!
