This lawn was in rough shape back in the spring, but look at it now! Top dressing helped improve the surface, fill in low spots, and create a smoother, more even lawn. Pair that with consistent mowing, proper sprinkler heads and some fresh end-of-year stripes, and the transformation speaks for itself!

Before and After This lawn had some settling and uneven spots after the sod was installed. A little top dressing and leveling cleaned it right up and made a huge difference.
