Service fee- $100 (Covers us coming to your home, up to the first hour)
Labor fee- $80.00 (Every hour after first hour)
For larger jobs (4 hours or more) we charge a straight labor fee, *no service fee. Emergency (any service requiring immediate attention), & after hour calls are billed at time + 1/2. Material cost is +20% + Tax. Jobs off of Drummond will include a Ferry fee of $10. (per trip off
Island)

Before making a service call please be sure that you understand and agree with the service charge. Please understand we are a business with expenses such as fuel, maintenance and insurance for vehicles, labor expense, liability insurance, license fees, taxes, etc., and cannot take time away from paying customers to make home visits to diagnose issues and offer solutions for free.

We are a Viking Spas dealer. We will no longer be servicing anything other than what we sell. Labor fees for hot tub related requests are billed at $100 per hour *plus material. HOME OPENINGS & CLOSINGS-
Please note:
HOME OPENINGS: We require a minimum of 14 working days to get your home opened prior to your arrival, please plan accordingly. HOME CLOSINGS: We require a minimum of 14 working days to get your home closed once it is ready to do so. If you are leaving during the colder months you will want to be sure that your heat is LEFT ON so that there is no danger of freezing before we are able to get there.
*Please note: We may be able to open/close your home within a day or two of receiving your request, but it may take as long as 14 working days depending on how many other jobs we have to schedule at any given time. Any requests that require our service with less than 14 working days will be considered an emergency and will be billed accordingly.
*If you have a boiler system you will want to have the glycol content checked by a heating contractor prior to shutting off your heating system. Rates for home openings/closings on Drummond have a base price of $180, plus any materials needed such as antifreeze or filters, PER home. Additional rates will apply for homes that have out buildings, irrigation systems, or homes that would require additional travel time (such as homes off island, as well as requests for additional work to be done that does not pertain to the task at hand.)
