I typically hate ornamental grasses, but I had to snap a picture of these this morning, just beautiful.

Utility box eye sores, not a ton you can do with them. I’m looking forward to seeing what this looks like in the spring when the perennials and bulbs pop up

Patio is getting there, it’s coming along nicely. A lot of additional site work was required, builders left it extremely poorly graded.
