Why We Started Stewart Property Services
Every homeowner deserves a contractor they can trust.
That’s why Stewart Property Services was founded in 2016.
Our goal has never been to become the biggest construction company in the area or complete the most projects. Our goal has always been much simpler: to provide honest advice, quality workmanship, and a company homeowners can confidently call again years later.
Over the years, we’ve completed hundreds of projects throughout our community—from roofing, exterior renovations, additions, remodeling, and property maintenance to helping homeowners solve problems before they become expensive repairs.
One thing has never changed.
We believe doing the job right the first time is always the best value.
That means taking the time to understand the real problem before recommending a solution.
It means explaining your options honestly, even when it’s not the easiest conversation.
It means recommending the repair we’d choose if it were our own home.
And it means standing behind every project we take on.
There have been times we’ve respectfully declined projects because we couldn’t complete them in a way we believed would last. We’d rather walk away than compromise the quality of our work or our reputation.
We also understand that we’re not the right fit for every homeowner.
