🔨 DECK BUILD PROGRESS UPDATE – RIB MOUNTAIN, WI 🔨

Another productive day on our 32’ x 12’ custom deck project in Rib Mountain!

✅ Diamond Pier DP-50 footings installed
✅ Ledger board installed and secured
✅ Joist hangers installed
✅ Structural fasteners and ledger attachment completed

With the foundation work complete, we’re ready to move into the framing phase.

🔨 Next Steps:
• Cut and install support posts
• Fabricate and install a 12” triple-ply structural beam
• Cut, crown, layout, and install floor joists
• Begin transforming this project into a solid, long-lasting outdoor living space

This deck is being built with Southern KDAT framing, TimberTech composite decking, and will be finished with Westbury Bella Cavo horizontal cable railings for a clean, modern look and unobstructed views.

A strong deck starts below the surface. Proper footing placement, ledger attachment, structural connections, and framing details are what separate a deck that lasts for decades from one that doesn’t.

Yesterday’s storm brought hail and high winds through the area. If your home was impacted, now is the time to inspect your property and document any potential damage before problems worsen.
