🍂🎃 Happy All Hallows’ Eve! 🍁

Long before costumes, candy, and jack-o’-lanterns became the traditions we know today, October 31st was known as All Hallows’ Eve, the evening before All Saints’ Day, a time historically set aside to remember the faithful who came before us.

October 31st also marks Reformation Day! On this day in 1517, tradition holds that Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses to a church door in Wittenberg, Germany, helping spark a movement that would change the course of history. Who knew a hammer and a door could make such an impact? 🔨🚪

Over the centuries, traditions have changed, but the season still brings opportunities to celebrate family, friendship, community, and the blessings of the harvest.

At Solus PaCS, we’re grateful for the people who came before us, the foundations they laid, and the communities we have the privilege of serving today.

So whether you’re enjoying the fall colors, carving pumpkins, handing out candy, or making memories with your little ones, we wish you a wonderful evening filled with joy, laughter, and gratitude!

And remember, the only scary thing about your home should be the decorations, not your contractor! 👻🔨😂

Happy Halloween (All Hallows’ Eve) and Reformation Day from the Solus PaCS family!

🍁 Have a Solus Day!

❤️ Happy Anniversary to Rigo & Vel! ❤️

Today is a special day for all of us, but especially for two pillars of our company! Join us, the Solus PaCS Team, as we celebrate two of our own and the love, commitment, and beautiful life that Rigo and his wife Vel have built together over the last 21 years.

Behind every great family business is a story of love, sacrifice, faith, and perseverance. Their marriage and family are a beautiful reminder that people come before business, and the greatest things we build aren’t made with our hands, but with our hearts.

Of course, the journey hasn’t been without its difficulties, hardships, and even mistakes along the way. But when something is built on a solid foundation, it can weather the storms and endure through it all. And with the bad comes so much good! In fact, it’s often the difficult seasons that make us appreciate the blessings that much more: a strong family, good health, a growing business, and most importantly today, a love worth celebrating.

May God continue to bless your marriage with many more years of love, laughter, and cherished memories! Here’s to the past 21 years, all that you’ve built together, and the many more wonderful years still to come! ❤️🥂

Happy 21st Anniversary, Rigo & Vel! 🥂❤️

With love and appreciation,
The Solus PaCS Team 💙💛

What an amazing experience to have been the Contractor of Choice for Lynnwood OPC!!! A privilege and a pleasure! Truly!
•
Tim, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review and for your kind words about our team. It truly means a lot to us.
•
It was a privilege to work with you and Lynnwood Orthodox Presbyterian Church on such a substantial project. From the complete roofing project and exterior painting of the whole church, to the wood replacement, door replacement, window replacement, and all the details that came up along the way, we genuinely enjoyed working with you and everyone at the church.
•
More than anything, thank you for recognizing our commitment to quality, communication, and transparency. On a project of this size, there are inevitably things discovered and decisions that need to be made along the way. We believe our clients should always know what is happening, why it is happening, and what it will cost before moving forward. Your trust throughout that process meant a great deal to us.
This was our second-largest project to date under the Solus PaCS name, so seeing it completed and knowing that you and the church are happy with both the finished product and your experience with us makes this review especially meaningful.
•
Thank you again for trusting Solus PaCS with your church. We’re grateful for the opportunity to have served you, and we hope the work serves your congregation well for many years to come. It was truly our pleasure!

Hard to believe how much life can fit into one year.

Looking back through these moments, I see more than projects. I see early mornings, late nights, handshakes, laughs, problem-solving, hard work, new friendships, familiar faces, and a whole lot of memories made along the way.

Somehow, a year can feel like it flew by and lasted a lifetime at the same time.

I’m thankful for every bit of it. Thank you to our crews, clients, and colleagues! Of course to our family and friends! We love you all!

These are the moments that made Year One. And we’re just getting started.

ONE YEAR. 💙💛

It’s amazing how much can be contained in two simple words.

One year ago, Solus Painting and Construction Services (Solus PaCS) was a new name and a new company… but it was never a new calling. Behind that name were decades of experience, generations of lessons learned, and a simple belief about how we wanted to do business:

Put people first.

Today, we’re incredibly grateful to look back on:

🔨 43 projects — from $1K to $130K
🏠 108 individual units served
⭐️ 21 five-star reviews
🤝 27 clients who trusted Solus PaCS in Year One

But those numbers only tell part of the story.

We don’t see 43 contracts—we see 43 opportunities to keep our word.
We don’t see 108 units—we see homes and properties entrusted to our care.
We don’t see 21 reviews—we see people who valued their experience enough to share it.

And we don’t see 27 customers.

We see 27 relationships.

While Solus PaCS is only one year old, there are 28 years of personal experience, roughly 45 years of combined experience among those helping run this company, and knowledgeable, hardworking crews behind everything we do.

To every homeowner, HOA, COA, property manager, commercial client, GC, partner, crew member, subcontractor, supplier, friend, and family member who trusted, supported, referred, encouraged, or prayed for us:

Thank you. Truly.

Above all, we thank God for His providence through every opportunity, challenge, relationship, and open door (and for the closed ones too).

We don’t know exactly what Year Two will hold.

But we know how we want to enter it:

With gratitude.
With humility.
With our word meaning something.
With craftsmanship we can stand behind.
And with people still coming before business.

Because buildings matter. Craftsmanship matters. Quality matters.

But people matter more.

Here’s to the first year of Solus PaCS—and, Lord willing, to generations still to come.

ONE YEAR NEW.
DECADES STRONG.
BUILT FOR GENERATIONS.

As Always…
Have a Solus Day! 💙💛

⭐️ 100 STARS! ⭐️

Okay… this one feels pretty special.

20 Google reviews.
20 five-star reviews.
100 stars.
A perfect 5.0. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

But as proud as we are of those numbers, what means the most to us is what’s behind every single one of those stars.

Every review represents a homeowner, an HOA board, a property manager, a family, a community—people who trusted us with something that mattered to them.

Solus PaCS may still be a young name, but the experience behind it has been built over decades. From the beginning, we said we wanted to build this company differently: People before business. Relationships before transactions. Quality without shortcuts.

Twenty reviews later, we’re incredibly grateful to see those values reflected back to us through the words of our clients.

To every person who has hired us, referred us, recommended us, encouraged us, or taken a few minutes to leave a review:

THANK YOU.

We don’t take your trust—or a single one of those ⭐️’s—for granted.

Here’s to the first 100 stars… and to continuing to earn the next ones, one relationship and one project at a time.

People. Homes. Community.
Solus PaCS. 💙💛

🍂 HELLO, FALL! 🍂

Summer may get all the attention in the painting and construction world, but there’s something about the first day of fall that reminds us just how quickly the seasons—and the years—move.

We’re incredibly grateful for the summer we just had. For every home we were trusted with, every community we worked in, every roof, wall, deck, piece of siding and trim our crews put their hands to—and most importantly, every relationship built along the way. 🙏🏽

Now the leaves are changing, the temperatures are dropping, and here in the Pacific Northwest, we know what comes next. 🌧️😂

But the work doesn’t stop when summer ends.

Fall means interior painting, remodeling, carpentry, roofing, repairs, maintenance, and getting homes and communities ready for the months ahead.

Different season. Same commitment.

People first. Quality craftsmanship. Reliable service.

Here’s to a beautiful fall in the PNW. 🍁

Have a Solus Day!

🦇 Happy Batman Day!

We may not have a Bat-Signal… but when there’s wood rot, peeling paint, a leaking roof, or any remodel need, we answer the call. 😂🔨🖌️

Today we’re tipping the cowl to one of the most iconic heroes of all time. Batman!

While Gotham has Batman.

The Pacific Northwest has the Solus PaCS Team. 😉😂

Happy Batman Day from all of us at Solus Painting and Construction Services!

Have a Solus Day!

People First. Quality Always.

Some clients share their experience in a long, detailed review; others say it all in just a few words—like the one featured in this post. What do they have in common, besides the five stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
•
They’re genuine. Each one reflects the trust we’ve earned, the quality we strive to deliver, and the relationships we’re building by putting people first.
•
Thank you, Dominic! We truly appreciate your five-star review and recommendation. It was a pleasure helping bring your bathroom remodel together. Our team takes great pride in being punctual, professional, and attentive to every detail—from the drywall and finishes to the flooring, cabinetry, countertop, trim installation, painting, and the few plumbing items. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you and glad you’re pleased with the finished result! Thank you again for your kind words! — The Solus PaCS Team
