After a fire damaged the second floor, the homeowners wanted to bring their home back to life without losing the charm that made it special.

The second floor was reimagined with two spacious bedrooms, a large hallway walk-in closet, and an updated bathroom.

On the main floor, the fireplace was made functional again. A Heat & Glo Fireplaces SlimLine 7 is framed by a custom stained oak mantel, Serpentine Flemish Bond Blend tile, and a 12x24 Aero Cream honed limestone hearth.

The home is now restored with its original character in mind, and a new sense of function for the years ahead.

Part 2 of our Franklin 2-story home addition!

The second floor is starting to come together, and we’re getting a better look at some of the details that will make this addition feel right at home. Two new bathrooms with Seville Cabinetry, a guest suite, and even a hidden reading nook are all coming together, adding more room and flexibility for the family to enjoy.

There’s still more to come, but we can’t wait to see this one finished and welcome these homeowners home!

From an underutilized porch to an inviting sunroom with classic Cape Cod charm, this Bay View home got the refresh it deserved.

A beautiful new look to the front of the home, a ceiling painted in Sherwin-Williams Bluebell reminiscent of a sunny summer sky, and Therma-Tru Doors double doors in Indigo create a warm welcome from the moment you arrive.

There’s a lot taking shape here, from a brand new laundry room with beautiful Seville Cabinetry to a four-stop elevator connecting all levels of the home. The addition was designed to feel completely connected to the existing structure while adding space and functionality that will serve the family for years to come.

As cozy season approaches, we’re taking another look at this fireplace transformation🔥

For this Tosa home, we uncovered and restored the original hearth, added a custom oak mantel crafted on-site to complement the existing hardwood floors, and installed a new Heat & Glow Cerona fireplace with an arched top that works beautifully with the home’s architecture. It’s a great example of how the right design can bring new life to the character you already have.

This is what a 417 sq. ft. addition looks like.

For this Elm Grove project, we opened up the first floor, relocated the kitchen, and added additional square feet to completely change how the spaces connect. These in-progress photos really show the transformation taking shape, a part of the renovations we don't always get to show! From opening up the existing home to framing the new space and building in the powder room and hallway cabinetry.

Another look into this beautiful lower level remodel in Pewaukee.
