Supporting kids has always been something that's close to my heart.

Long before I started B&G Heating & Cooling, I spent three and a half years as a supervisor at a children's home. That experience changed me in ways I never expected. It taught me patience, compassion, responsibility, and showed me how much of a difference one person can make in a child's life.

Those years helped shape the person I am today.

That's why becoming a sponsor for Rocky Creek Youth Ranch means so much to me. It's more than putting a logo on a banner—it's an opportunity to give back and support kids who deserve every chance to succeed.

That may not sound like a lot to some people, but to me it's a huge milestone.

I've been blessed with some absolutely amazing customers. Every single review means somebody trusted B&G Heating & Cooling to come into their home and take care of their family. That's something I'll never take for granted.

When I started this company, my goal wasn't to become the biggest. It was to build a company that people could trust, provide for my family, and create good-paying jobs for people I care about. Seeing us hit 100 Google reviews tells me we're headed in the right direction.

Proud of this guy. A few weeks ago, Grant Hoover was just getting started, and today he basically set an entire outdoor condenser and wired it in by himself.

Watching someone put in the work, ask questions, and improve every day is what this trade is all about. He's come a long way in a short amount of time, and I'm proud to have him on the B&G Heating & Cooling team.
