Lywood Automation, LLC designed, built and commissioned a CIP system for a customer. The system consists of water fill control, steam control for temperature, a purge valve and (2) pumps on VFD’s. The control system utilizes an Allen-Bradley Micro850 controller and a 7” PanelView 800 graphic terminal.
