We were honored to build this beautiful home in Indian Valley. Today we handed it over to the owners. We will miss working with these people, it's been a great experience! Wishing them many happy years enjoying this special place.

Can a house be built too airtight?
No, as long as wall assemblies are built correctly for moisture management and air exchange is managed correctly.
Where did the air infiltration code requirements come from? Joe had something to do with it.
