I graduated from Arkansas Valley Technical Institute in 2002 from the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program. Afterwards, I spent about a year and half at a local HVAC company gaining more experience in the install side of the business. The many years after that were spent obtaining a bachelor's degree in Psychology with Business as "other area" of concentration. I have always been good at mul

titasking and worked many years in hospitality and building my own home while obtaining my degree. HVAC has been a valuable skill I have continuously utilized for friends and family. When I decided to take the culmination of these skills, HVAC seemed to be the most valuable service to offer. We pride ourselves on doing quality work we would expect to be done in our respective homes. Thanks for taking the time to read about us!

Some jobs are bigger than heating and air.

Recently, we had the privilege of helping a customer whose son had passed away. She was trying to get his home ready to sell, but first she needed a dependable HVAC system. We were honored to be able to install a brand-new system and help take one more burden off her shoulders during an incredibly difficult time.

Today, she surprised us with Crumbl cookies, one of her son's favorite family traditions, along with a note that truly touched every one of us.

"Thank you so much for the help on my son Alex Gustafson's AC. This has been very difficult with his passing and it was nice that someone had his back!!"

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

The long hours. The hot days. The emergency calls. The stressful situations. Every bit of it is worth it when we're able to make a difference for someone during one of the hardest seasons of their life.

We're incredibly grateful for customers who trust us, but even more grateful when we're given the opportunity to serve people, not just service equipment.

To Kim, thank you for your kindness and for sharing something that was so special to your family with all of us. We won't soon forget it. ❤️

On National HVAC Tech Day, we want to remind our great customer base how hard our technicians work to keep you cool! They put in many 10 - 12 hour days in 130 degree attics etc etc etc.

We also want to remind our techs how much we appreciate them delivering the service that keeps us having the best clientele in the business! We put together our techs a nice thank you basket with a up-the-shirt fan, cooling neck wraps, some snacks, and stickers etc.

Better late than never they say. Community Choice Awards FINALLY got us our winning plaque, now that it's time to start thinking about this year! Lol

We feel like the Arkansas Democratic Gazette's Best of the River Valley is more local, so that's the one we're going to try harder on this year.

Very thankful for our community!! Fair days pay for a fair days work is all we're looking for! We appreciate all the growth and support!!!

We should have joined long ago. We've still been barely able to keep up with the growth of our great business, even though we've worked to keep it sustainable. I have been such a devoted Fort Smith proud advocate, that I have had some guilt about not being more involved! Hopefully this is just the beginning of being more involved in our community that we care SO MUCH about! Fort Smith strong!

If you know Andy, you know he’s not big on the spotlight, but today we’re giving it to him anyway. He’s one of the steady hands behind Fusion Heat & Air… the kind of guy who shows up and makes sure things are done right (even when nobody’s watching).

Alongside Eric, Andy helps keep this thing grounded, no shortcuts, no nonsense, just taking care of people the way it ought to be done.
