We’ve completed the first foundation, incorporating a protective plastic v***r barrier with gravel coverage. Three more foundations to go on this project, ensuring each one is properly sealed and prepared for lasting stability.

Another Foundation Ready for the Next Phase

This is the second site completed on this property, with 2 more still to go.

Starting from raw ground, we completed:
• Site excavation and layout
• Footing excavation and preparation
• Concrete footers poured
• Crawl space grading and compaction
• Final prep work ready for block installation

Always good seeing a project continue to take shape from the ground up. We appreciate the continued trust from the customer and look forward to completing the remaining builds on the property.

From Vacant Land to Foundation Ready 💪🏼

Another project moving right along. Started with a raw piece of ground and took it all the way to poured footers and a finished crawl space—ready for block.

Scope of work included:
• Site layout and excavation
• Footing trenches dug to grade
• Concrete footers poured
• Crawl space prepped and graded
• Final prep for block installation

Everything is now set and ready for the next phase.

We’ve got 3 more apartments just like this one lined up, and we’re looking forward to knocking those out next.

From Cracked & Failing… to Clean, Wider, and Built Right 🔥

This one got a full transformation.

The original driveway was broken up, settling, and past saving. We tore it out, rebuilt the base properly, and widened the driveway to give the homeowner more usable space and a better overall layout.

We also removed the fence, completed the install, and reset everything to tie it all back together clean.

No shortcuts. No patch jobs. Just doing it right the first time.

What we did:
✔️ Full demo & removal of existing driveway
✔️ Removed fence to allow for expansion
✔️ Widened driveway for improved access & usability
✔️ Proper grading & base prep
✔️ Formed and poured new concrete

Complete backyard upgrade ✔️

Out with the old wooden deck and in with a solid, low-maintenance concrete setup built to last.

This project included:

* Excavation and site prep
* Installation of new concrete footings
* Block foundation to properly support the slab
* Backfill and compaction
* Reinforcement with wire mesh
* Pour and finish of a large concrete pad
* Formed and poured concrete steps for clean access

We also tied everything together with a new sloped approach for proper drainage and usability.

The end result is a clean, durable space that’s safer, easier to maintain, and built for long-term use.

Sewer Line Replacement

Customer was experiencing sewage backing up into the home due to a failed and deteriorated sewer line. After exposing the existing line, multiple problem areas were identified including blockage, deterioration, and improper connections restricting flow.

Our Crew:
• Located and exposed the damaged section of the sewer line
• Removed the compromised piping and fittings
• Installed new PVC sewer line with proper fittings and alignment
• Ensured correct pitch for proper drainage and long-term performance
• Backfilled and prepared the area for restoration

This replacement eliminates the backup issue and restores proper flow from the home to the main line.
