Last call warning — if you’re thinking about building this year, now is the time to take advantage of our Memorial Day Sale ending Sunday night at midnight.

We are available this weekend for office appointments, phone consultations, and onsite visits for customers wanting to lock in pricing and get on the schedule before the busy season fills up.

We would like to remind everyone that our Lower Peninsula office is moving to:

1523 South Otsego Ave
Ga***rd, MI

Our team has been working hard remodeling and moving into the new building while continuing to keep our Frederic location operational during the transition. Office supplies will be moved this weekend, and we plan to officially open in Ga***rd on June 1st.

Portable structures are already being hauled to the new location, and we are excited for this next step and continued growth.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
We are closed today in observance of Memorial Day as we remember our fallen heroes and thank all veterans for their service and sacrifice.
A special thank you and remembrance to Ashton L.M. Goodman, who paid the ultimate sacrifice serving our nation.

Big news from Northern Michigan Structures / NMI Outdoor Sales!

Our Lower Peninsula location in Frederic is officially moving to Ga***rd, Michigan. We are excited to expand into a larger building with much more outdoor display space for our products and future inventory.

We are currently doing light remodeling at the new location, which was formerly a dispensary, and our first display buildings start arriving tomorrow. We expect to be fully operational in Ga***rd by June 1st.

We are excited to continue offering our existing product lines while also expanding with newly added Amish-built pole barns. Saunas & log furniture coming soon! We will also continue providing our in-house licensed & insured construction services throughout Northern Michigan.

While we are excited for this next chapter and continued growth, we will definitely miss Frederic and its small-town feel. Frederic and Crawford County have supported us from the beginning, and we are thankful for the relationships and friendships built there over the years. We will continue to build and serve customers throughout Crawford County and the surrounding areas.

As a result of the move, we also have several discounted display and inventory items available rather than moving them, including a 3-car garage, large carport, and several new & used boat lifts.

Even with the move, we will continue supporting local businesses and community events, including The Swamp II Bar & Restaurant in Frederic MI events such as the Buck Pole and the upcoming benefit for Rebecca Brehmer. Rebecca is a valued member of our community facing a long recovery after a tragic domestic violence incident. Please consider attending the May 30th benefit, donating, sharing the fundraiser, or keeping her and her family in your prayers.
