I’m Brandon Cooke, owner of Cooke Excavating, LLC.
I’m family driven, hands on, and not afraid of hard work. Dirt work isn’t something I just picked up recently it’s something I’ve been around my whole life. I’ve been officially doing dirt work since 2018, but long before that I was doing it on my own farm and for myself. I was 10 the first time my dad and grandpa threw me on a 450 Case dozer doing a NRCS pond on our farm.
One of my biggest early projects was helping build a subdivision in Clarksville working with the late Don Russel starting with pasture fields and turning them into roads, subdivided lots, and pads ready to build on. After that, I joined the operators union, where I worked heavy civil jobs, including drainage and highway projects on 641 South in Murray. That experience taught me the right way to do things like proper pad building, compaction, grading, and attention to detail that lasts.
I’ve been farming since I was a kid, and owning my own dirt work company has always been a dream of mine. I’m proud to serve our community with honest work you can count on.
