Here’s some jobs we have completed in the last few weeks! Full tear out of a driveway and garage floor, and all new blacktop and concrete installed on a residential home. The commercial work consisted of a ramp at O’Reilly auto parts where we were sub-contracted by G.M. Crisalli out of Syracuse, and a heated walkway for SUNY JCC! We also spiced up a customers driveway with some clean #2’s for the winter! There is still some nice weather ahead, give us a call for them last minute projects and we will take care of you the right way!

There’s nothing better than taking a project from a piece of raw land to a completely finished product!

We had the opportunity to handle this entire project from start to finish, beginning with land clearing and site preparation, followed by installing the building pad, constructing the pole barn, completing the concrete work, and finishing everything off with a brand-new blacktop driveway!

Being able to take a customer’s vision and turn it into reality, while handling every phase of the project, is something we take a lot of pride in.

Knocked out a few asphalt millings driveways this week! 💪

Asphalt millings are a great option for anyone looking for a durable, clean-looking driveway without the cost of full asphalt. Proper prep, grading, and compaction make all the difference, and these turned out great. We did add a blacktop apron on the one to ensure the plow didn’t rip it up.

Another paving project wrapped up! 💪

Our crew recently completed a 2” mill and fill at Cassadaga Job Corps, milling out the existing deteriorated asphalt and installing a fresh 2” layer of blacktop to give the area a smooth, durable new surface.

Two more driveway projects knocked out! 👊

Last week we completed a millings driveway for one customer, giving them a solid, clean new surface without the cost of full asphalt.

This week, we wrapped up a completely separate blacktop driveway, giving another customer a fresh, smooth finish and a big upgrade to their property.

Another big drainage and waterproofing project knocked out! 💪

We excavated around the entire house to expose the foundation and give this home the protection it needed. From there, we installed new footer drains, added dedicated drainage for all the downspouts, and sealed the foundation walls with tar followed by a Delta membrane system for an added layer of protection against water and moisture.

A lot of this work gets buried when the job is finished, but doing it right is what helps keep a basement dry and a foundation protected for years to come.
