We're thrilled to share that CSEI has been awarded the Annual Continuing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety Engineering Services Contract by the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners. We are looking forward to working on more projects with the County to better our community!

Kevin, our Principal, and Lesley, our VP of Operations, are standing in front of one of our most impactful projects with Alachua County. This project consisted of a full renovation of the former Budget and Scottish Inn to turn them into 67 new permanent housing units for Alachua County's homeless.

Congratulations to our Mechanical Designer Andres DeSosa on being awarded the You Rock Award!

Andres has shown a great focus on CSEI's values of growth, positivity and humility. Consistently asking good questions to understand technical issues deeper, embrace the User’s perspective, and deliver better designs, even introducing a unique and innovative way of showing a complicated duct configuration that added great clarity and value to the contractor. He seeks information when needed but has really owned his projects this month while juggling a lot of change in work style, role, and location.
