November is Native American Heritage Month. To honor the wisdom, resilience, and presence of our First Nations elders in Northeast Wisconsin, Boyea Painting LLC has teamed up with Partners In Grime, Taco Tones, and GET A CUT to offer a day of service and community care.
What is Included:
🎨 1-Day Interior Room Paint Job (Boyea Painting LLC)

✂️ Professional Haircut & Grooming (GET A CUT)
Eligibility:
Enrolled elder of the Oneida, Menominee, Ho-Chunk, or Stockbridge-Munsee Nations.
Home/property must be located within a 30-mile radius of Oneida, WI.
How to Nominate:
1. Comment on this post or send a direct message to with the elder's name, tribal affiliation, general location, and a brief story about what this day of care and home refreshment would mean to them.
2. Not on Facebook? Call or text us directly at [Insert Phone Number] to submit an offline nomination.
Nominations open tomorrow, Sunday, November 1st, and run through Monday, November 16th at 11:59 PM. The recipient will be selected privately by our team and announced shortly after.

Honored to see our hand-restoration of Holy Cross Polish National Church featured on WBAY-TV Action 2 News tonight!

A huge congratulations to Holy Cross Church on being awarded the 2026 Historic Preservation Award by the Pulaski Area Historical Society! Dani and I were deeply humbled to be presented with a Certificate of Appreciation right alongside them for the sweat equity and preservation work we contributed to the exterior.

Treating a century-old landmark with care—scraping every inch by hand, spot-priming bare wood, and brush-and-rolling to protect the grain without heavy machinery—was an absolute labor of love. Having that dedication highlighted across Northeast Wisconsin means the world to our team.

Thank you to Emerson Lehmann and WBAY for spotlighting small-town craftsmanship, and thank you to Clayton, Pauline, and the Historical Society for trusting Boyea Painting with this community treasure.

The Pulaski Area Historical Society honored the church with a preservation award and the Boyea family with an appreciation certificate.

Deeply honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Pulaski Area Historical Society at their annual banquet last night.

Holy Cross Polish National Church was recognized with the 2026 Historic Preservation Award, and having our preservation work acknowledged alongside such a meaningful landmark means everything to us.

Projects like Holy Cross are why we stick to doing things the deliberate way: scraping and sanding every inch by hand, spot-priming bare wood, and working the finish deep into the grain so it holds up to Wisconsin winters for years to come.

A heartfelt thank you to Clayton, Pauline, the parish, and the Pulaski Area Historical Society for welcoming us in and trusting our hands with this community's history. We couldn’t be prouder to play a small part in keeping local heritage standing tall.

We had the absolute honor of meeting up with reporter Emerson Lehmann, photojournalist Shane, and members of the Pulaski Area Historical Society right on the grounds of the Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Church.

For us, this was never just a paint job; it was a true community project. Standing on the church steps with the folks who have cherished this building for generations and seeing their pride in its restoration is exactly why we love what we do.

A huge thank you to the WBAY Action 2 News crew for coming out to shine a well deserved spotlight on Pulaski's rich heritage, and to the Historical Society for their tireless work keeping these local stories alive. (And a very Happy Birthday to Shane, who spent his special day filming with us!)

Getting mail like this truly means the world to our family. ✉️❤️

State Senator Eric Wimberger took the time to send over a handwritten note and an extra clipping from the Pulaski News for our scrapbook regarding the Holy Cross Church project.

To have local leadership notice that dedication and send a personal note of encouragement is beyond humbling.

Thank you, Senator Wimberger, for the kind gesture—and thank you to the Pulaski community for allowing us to be a small part of your history.

Some buildings are more than just wood and paint.
They hold generations of our community's memories.

For the past month, our family had the absolute honor of restoring the Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Church in Pulaski. At over 100 years old, this beautiful parish deserved to be treated with the utmost respect. That meant putting away the power tools and taking the time to scrape, sand, and paint every single inch by hand.

It was a true labor of love, and hearing the joy from lifelong parishioners made every minute worth it.

A heartfelt thank you to Emily Matesic and FOX 11 News for beautifully sharing this story. We are also incredibly humbled to be receiving the Historic Preservation Award from the Pulaski Area Historical Society this October.

We don't just work in this community it’s also our home, and we are so proud to help keep its history alive.

We are honored to have been featured in the Pulaski News!

We were grateful for the opportunity to help restore the exterior of Holy Cross Church on St. Augustine St. in Pulaski. After decades without a full repaint, it was a privilege to help bring this 110-year-old church back to life 😃
