Custom pipe sleeve flashing I fabricated for a nickel coated copper roof in Bar Harbor. The pipe sleeve is interlocked into the panel and wrapped into the pvc pipe. I also fill the inside of the pipe with spray foam insulation to make it more durable for impact. I do this as an upgrade from the usual rubber pipe flashing most use on metal roofs. It matches the roof and will last forever since its non reliant on silicone that deteriorates over time
