We’ve had some great compliments roll in lately, so let’s thank these great staff members as we head into the weekend!
Our entire Turning Stone Team, who have successfully opened the Crescent Hotel, expanding our services there. An email from hotel management read in part: “We have had nothing but compliments regarding the valet service - THANK YOU!”
Jeff Bouchard – Memorial Hospital Worcester – on day 5 with us, received a great phone call thanking him for a job well done and his care for the elderly.
Aiden Middlebrook – Berkshire Medical Center - “We had the best interaction with Aiden the Valet. He was very caring to my dad when he was trying to get in and out of the clinic and great help with his wheelchair.”
Sam Harrigan – Holyoke Medical Center – “My favorite part of coming is the gentleman at the check in desk. He has such a wonderful personality, very professional and always smiling!”
Paul Opoku – Hahnemann Shuttles Worcester – “What I find most inspiring is that Paul seems to genuinely care about doing a good job, not just for the sake of the work, but because he cares about the people he is helping. He is always spreading good vibes though his comedic attitude or just with a smile. That kind of commitment and is something that can’t always be taught.”
Ryan Qualey – UMass Medical Center Worcester – “Your kindness meany so much to us – you are a very special person.” This was from the spouse of a patient whom Ryan got to know very well through their cancer battle. Ryan left an unforgettable impression of care through their journey.
