This Father’s Day, we at Gross Construction are honoring our founder, Seth, and the man who gave him the ultimate blueprint for life and business: his late father, Steve. Everything we build today stands on a foundation that was poured long before this company took shape. It was built on Steve's values, grit, and work ethic.
Before the raw timberland in Hot Springs Village became the 680-acre Bar G Ranch, Steve brought his construction equipment, his operators, and his son out to the woods. Together, they cleared land, built miles of fence, and transformed raw earth into pasture piece by piece. Steve believed that everybody had a purpose, and he made sure Seth understood that from day one.
When Seth founded Gross Construction, he took that exact lesson from his dad and infused it into our company culture. Steve taught him that true leadership means being the ultimate provider and treating your team like family. That’s why we don't just view our crew as employees—Seth’s absolute mission is to see every single member of this team rise to the top!
Even after Steve's sudden passing in 2023 Seth stepped up to take over the family farm and manage his dad's out-of-state operations. Those core principles never wavered, whether we're transforming a job site or running cattle at Bar G Beef , we do it to honor Steve's standard. 👑
