The second time around, clients always know exactly what they wish they’d done last time.

In this remodel, we’re going back and pulling in the things that got left off the original build. Built-in cabinetry in rooms where you wouldn’t typically see it. Accent walls that give a room a reason to exist beyond four white surfaces and furniture.

None of these are complicated additions. They’re just easy to miss when you’re buying a house already built. When it comes time to remodel though? That’s when you build in everything that was missing.

Most homeowners think of a bar as a separate thing. A room, a corner, something you tuck away.

Copper flashing, copper gutters, copper vent stacks. On a slate roof.

This isn’t the kind of detail that shows up in a listing description or a floor plan. It’s the kind of decision that determines how a home weathers twenty Houston summers. Copper performs better and longer than the alternatives, which is exactly why we use it.

Also, Hunter hates sand, but she was here anyway. That’s the On Point dedication.
