Another major foundation project completed by Ollendick Construction & Excavation 💪🏼

We waterproofed the foundation, pushed the bowing walls back into position, installed reinforcing rods, and filled the walls for added strength and stability.
We then backfilled the foundation and tore out the existing porch and footers to prepare the area for the next steps.

Bye bye to the old, in with the new.

We completely tore down the rotted front entrance and rebuilt it from the ground up on a solid foundation.

The project included new windows, siding on the front of the home, new doors, and a new sidewalk to finish off the look.

With water leaking in and the existing walls buckling, we tackled the problem by rebuilding the basement entrance walls and installing a new Bilco door system for secure, convenient access.

At Ollendick Construction & Excavating, we took on a major porch and balcony restoration to bring this property back to a safe, solid condition.

We removed the caving-in back porch and repaired the slab, removed the rotted support posts, carefully jacked up the balcony, and installed new posts for proper support.

We also rodded and filled the block walls, tuckpointed the masonry, and rebuilt the steps. From structural repairs to the finishing details, we made sure every part of the project was completed with quality and durability in mind. 💪🔨
