🌟 A Taste of What's Next

What an incredible week in Austin, TX, with the KR Wolfe leadership team!

We took time to celebrate the milestones, accomplishments, and wins that shaped our year while looking ahead to the opportunities and possibilities on the horizon, all while having a bit of fun along the way (who knew KR Wolfe had so many skilled chefs?!). More importantly, we came together to tackle complex challenges, share perspectives, and begin developing the ideas and solutions that will help position KR Wolfe for continued success in 2027 and beyond.

It was a week filled with meaningful conversations, thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a renewed sense of purpose tied to our culture for what lies ahead.

We also had the opportunity to celebrate a very special member of the Wolfe Pack: Dave Plekkenpol, our Director of Training and Development, as he retires after 18 incredible years with the company. Dave's leadership, dedication, and contributions have helped shape KR Wolfe into the organization it is today. His impact extends far beyond his role, and we are incredibly grateful for the years he has invested in our people and our business. Dave, thank you for everything. We wish you nothing but happiness and fulfillment in this next chapter!

Here's to celebrating how far we've come, embracing what's ahead, and continuing to build something great—together.

Great partnerships are built on trust, consistency, and teams that make every project run smoothly.

We’re proud to share this feedback from a Project Manager at Stryker regarding our team’s work at Lankenau Medical Center:
“The techs that we have had working at Lankenau Medical Center have been amazing to work with. My Stryker tech has repeatedly requested the same Wolfe techs back on site just because of how smooth the project has been going.”

When clients request the same team back, it speaks volumes about the relationships our people build and the quality of work they deliver. We’re proud of our field team for bringing professionalism, collaboration, and consistency to every project.

In Case You Missed It | IFHE Panel Discussion

What happens when we start treating capital equipment as infrastructure? That was the focus of an engaging panel discussion at the HCD Healthcare Design Expo & Conference + IFHE 2026 World Congress - Oct. 17-20, New Orleans, LA, USA.

KR Wolfe’s Larry Alexander, Chief Growth Officer, and Todd Rylands, Director of Construction and Renovation Services, joined moderator Michael Wood, SASHE, CHC, MSM, SVP of Strategic Initiatives, SPMT Group, for a conversation on the critical role capital equipment plays in healthcare facility planning, construction, and operations. The discussion brought valuable perspectives to the forefront, highlighting the importance of early coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and connecting capital project decisions with long-term operational needs.

Thank you to Mike, Todd, Larry, and everyone who joined the conversation and shared their insights. We’re proud to contribute to the industry dialogue shaping the future of healthcare environments.
