Happy Labor Day!

"Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is the only fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is superior to capital, and deserves the higher consideration."

Big cheers to two of our JSB rockstars hitting milestone anniversaries!

Project Manager Charles Farley - 1 year

Senior Project Engineer Kori Schneider - 2 years

In just one year, Charles has mastered the art of keeping projects on track, keeping teams calm, and keeping his inbox from combusting. A true JSB superpower.

And Kori? Two years of catching every detail, solving problems before they exist, and making the rest of us wonder if she has a secret twin helping her out (actually she is a twin so it's possible).

We’re grateful for both of you, your dedication, your teamwork, and your ability to survive life sciences and tenant improvement without running away.

Our team enjoyed an excellent evening at ISPE San Diego Chapter's Annual Innovation Expo. It was great meeting new partners, reconnecting with familiar faces, and discussing the innovative work happening across the life sciences community. Thanks to everyone who came by our booth to say hello.
