Our SPG crew piped 10 new gas systems for a university research lab, from inert gases to combustibles. We used stainless steel tubing and compression fittings for the highest purity. Each system has its own manifold and regulators for precise control.

Project completed‼️ 6,000 SF of new cleanrooms for a company that helps wounds heal, installed by our own crews. 💪

The space will support advanced wound care products for burns, diabetic ulcers and surgical wounds. HEPA filtration, smart controls, door interlocks and 14 biosafety cabinets, all checked until the owner signed off.

When LCS self-performs, it’s our own crews on the job.

Our Self-Perform Group handles plumbing, lab gas and process systems, carpentry, electrical, fume hood and exhaust work. On this life sciences project, our plumbing crews are working closely with our key trade partners and project team every day.

Last weekend, LCS team traded job sites for open water 💦 🛥️ 🎣
We chartered a boat for the whole crew. Field and office, all in one deck. The fish were biting: barracuda, bonito, and sheephead. But the best catch of the day was time with each other.

LCS’s self-performing team is delivering the installation of specialized casework for this new chromatography lab, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and care. By managing the project from concept through construction, we maintained full control over quality, coordination, and timing, delivering a lab that’s optimized for our client’s operations and ready for immediate use. LCS brings hands-on expertise and craftsmanship to every project, creating spaces that work as hard as the teams who use them.
