What started as a cafeteria break room is now a laboratory space, complete with structural framing for a future mezzanine. Thanks to our design-build approach, we were able to manage the project from start to finish, ensuring every detail—from preconstruction to construction—was perfectly aligned with future needs.

This project involved architectural, MEP, and structural design, along with the creation of specialized areas for testing, gowning, sterility, and molecular research. It’s a perfect example of how intentional, forward-thinking design enhances both current functionality and future efficiency in laboratory environments.
