Casco managed both the landlord and tenant scopes on this Class A industrial renovation, coordinating across two contracts, multiple permit streams, and an occupied facility to get Collins Company up and running.

From landlord improvements to tenant buildout, continuity was the key to success for the Collins Company project. Casco was first engaged by REDA to renovate this Class A industrial office and warehouse space with their incoming tenant, Collins Company, in mind.

When we were awarded the tenant direct work shortly after, the transition was seamless. The result is a space that the premium sports screening and fencing manufacturer could hit the ground running in.
