Every great project starts long before the first wire is pulled. It starts with people.
At CEC, our field division is the heart of who we are. Our apprentices, journeymen, foremen, and superintendents turn plans into reality and power the spaces where people live, work, and connect. Their work takes technical skill, but it also takes leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to doing the job safely and doing it right.
Supporting them is a team just as committed to the mission. Our estimators and preconstruction teams set projects up to win. Project managers and engineers keep the work coordinated and moving forward. Safety professionals make sure everyone goes home the same way they came in. Our HR, finance, IT, marketing, and operations teams make sure our people have what they need to succeed. Every role plays a part in every project.
What connects all of them is a commitment to developing the people around them. Across CEC, experienced team members mentor and guide the next generation, whether they're teaching an apprentice on site or helping a new hire find their footing in the office. That investment in people has an impact that reaches well beyond any single project.
The construction industry offers real paths for growth, and our people prove it every day. Many of our leaders started as apprentices, interns, or entry-level team members. Through hard work, a willingness to learn, and support from those around them, they grew into roles where they now lead others.
Our team members in the field and in the office live out our commitment to safety, teamwork, integrity, and excellence, and they move our company and our industry forward every day.
